At Solveezy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
- Customers can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for returns.
- Certain items such as personalized products, intimate items, or final-sale products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photos or videos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
- Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing them.
- Once processing or shipping starts, cancellations may not be possible.
