At Solveezy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for returns.
  • Certain items such as personalized products, intimate items, or final-sale products cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photos or videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

 

Refunds

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing them.
  • Once processing or shipping starts, cancellations may not be possible.
